Heart Healthy diet includes vegetables and fruit. It cuts back on sodium or “salt” and saturated fat. It helps with healthy eating habits. It may lower your chance for heart disease.

Breakfast service ~ 6:30am to 10:00am

Lunch service ~ 11:00am to 3:00pm

Dinner service ~  4:00pm to 8:00pm
