Roasted Tempeh Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs. Tempeh Sliced
3/8 tsp. Black Pepper, Ground
1-1/4 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Roasted Tempeh Preparation
1) Preheat convection oven to 375 degrees F. (standard oven to 425 degrees F.).
2) In a bowl, add tempeh, black pepper and oil. Rub until evenly coated.
3) Put tempeh on sheet pans. Roast in hot oven for 10 minutes or until browned.
